Knee Pain PT Questions?
-
Every appointment is a full hour of dedicated, one-on-one time with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Unlike typical PT clinics where you might see a therapist for 15-20 minutes, you'll have our complete attention for the entire session to address your knee pain comprehensively.
-
Full Curl PT operates on a cash-based model, which means we're not bound by insurance requirements or treatment limitations. This allows us to provide truly individualized care based on what you need—not what insurance dictates. We provide transparent billing with no surprise charges, and many patients find they can use HSA/FSA funds or submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive evaluation where we'll discuss your knee pain history, goals, and lifestyle. We'll perform movement analysis and manual assessment to identify the root cause of your pain. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your condition, a personalized treatment plan, and often some immediate pain relief. We recommend starting with a free phone consultation to discuss your specific situation.
-
Unlike insurance-based clinics, we prioritize you with full hour appointments, direct access to your PT between sessions, and treatment plans designed around your active lifestyle—whether you're training for a race, hunting in the backcountry, or just want to hike without pain. Our evidence-based approach combines manual therapy, dry needling, and manipulations with our proven Reduce-Relearn-Reload methodology.
-
Many patients experience significant pain reduction within the first few sessions. However, complete recovery timelines vary based on your specific condition, injury history, and goals. Our approach focuses on not just eliminating pain, but teaching you proper movement patterns and giving you the tools to stay injury-free long-term. We'll provide you with a realistic timeline during your initial evaluation.
