A Clinic That Gets It Because We Live It
We're not just here to treat your injury, we're here because we understand what it costs you to sit out.
Patient Independence Is the Goal
We don't want you in the clinic forever. From day one, the plan is to give you the tools, the knowledge, and the physical capacity to stay pain-free long after your last appointment. That's not just a nice idea, it's how we build every treatment plan.
We Address the Root Cause
Pain coming back means the root problem wasn't solved. We find what's actually driving your injury, then load your tissues progressively so the body is ready to handle your activities again.
We Empower You to Stay There
You'll leave every session with a clearer picture of your body and what it needs. Our goal is to make you confident, not dependent.
Meet Your Doctors
Dr. Cody Cooper and Dr. Jesse Bostrom are both practicing Montanans who spend their time outside the clinic the same way their patients do hiking, hunting, fishing, and working hard. That lived experience shapes how they approach every case. You're not getting a generic protocol. You're getting a plan from someone who understands exactly what it means to get back on the trail.

Dr. Cody Cooper was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance at Montana State University Billings, where he also had a successful career as a pitcher on the Yellowjackets baseball team. Upon completion of his undergraduate coursework, Cody and his wife, Kasie, moved to Omaha, Nebraska. During this time, Cody worked as a personal trainer, helping clients of all ages and backgrounds meet their fitness goals.
Cody then attended Creighton University where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. While attending Creighton University, he had the opportunity to spend several years performing ACL research on the Creighton athletics teams, and he was able to cover sporting events including rodeo and the Olympic swim trials.
Cody enjoys bringing his previous exercise prescription experience into the clinic and the gym to help patients meet their goals, no matter where they may be in their rehabilitation or fitness journey. In their free time, Cody, his wife, and their Chocolate Lab, Tikka, can be found enjoying all of the outdoor opportunities that Montana has to offer including hunting, fishing, and backpacking.
